This episode features the Pompe Support Network Chairman, Allan Muir, in conversation with his wife Barbara. Allan and Barbara discuss the early years of their son; and give us an emotional insight into the troubles of receiving his diagnosis at the age of two, and his life dealing with Pompe disease.

Allan and Barbara are known throughout the Pompe community, Allan also being the Vice-Chair of the International Pompe Association. Barbara is a trustee of the Pompe Support Network and long-time member of the Pompe community.
