*Lloyds Pharmacy – Disruption to patient services

Lloyds pharmacy has recently suffered with an outbreak of Covid-19 infections at their Head office in Harlow. This has left some core departments, including patient services and pharmacy teams, operating at under half their usual staff levels.

Deliveries from Lloyds Pharmacy are currently stable, and they are allocating the majority of their resources to booking deliveries, it is however, having an impact on inbound telephone calls; not all callers are able to get through immediately.

Please be aware that call waiting times may be longer than normal. If you have any problems with deliveries from Lloyds Pharmacy, or are having trouble getting through to them, please contact your hospital team or let us know (hello@pompe.uk) and we’ll try to get your message through to them.
